  1. Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Place the raw chicken breast in the bottom of a large pot, season with salt and pepper. Cover the chicken with 1 inch (2.5 cm) of water and bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer until the chicken reaches an internal temperature
of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (70-75 degrees Celsius) and is no longer pink in the centre. This'll take about 10-15 minutes.

When the chicken has cooled enough to handle, shred the chicken with 2 forks on a cutting board.

Add the shredded chicken to a small bowl and toss with about half of the total BBQ sauce until covered.

Assemble the Flatbreads by covering with the remaining BBQ sauce. Then add the shredded chicken, sliced onion, and cover with the cheese.

Cook for 5-8 minutes in the oven until the cheese is melted. Please mind that every oven is different. Keep an eye on the ingredients  while they are in the oven.

Remove and top with chopped cilantro/parsley.
